Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a new and exciting program under the respected guidance of Hon’ble Minister of State for Education, Government of India. The School of Humanities proudly holds the M.A. Sanskrit (Online) programme, which caters to individuals desirous of exploring the depths of this ancient language and its rich cultural heritage.
M.A. Admissions for Sanskrit program are now open for July 2023 session. To be eligible, applicants must have a graduation or higher degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The programme, which follows a comprehensive online learning methodology, provides flexibility and convenience to the learners. The medium of instruction is Hindi, which ensures ease of understanding and effective communication.

M.A. The duration of the Sanskrit program is two years, the minimum time for completion, and can be extended up to four years. Program Fee Rs. 14,000, which also includes study material provided in digital format. Students can start their Sanskrit learning journey in July or January session, thereby providing multiple entry points for prospective learners.
