The Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Ananthapuramu, is gearing up for an exciting inter-college festival as part of the World Tourism Day celebrations, scheduled for September 26th and 27th, 2023. The event is being orchestrated by the dynamic Yuva Tourism Club, operating under the Department of Management and Vocational Studies.
This festival boasts a diverse range of competitions, including the Young Manager, Treasure Hunt, Spot Photography, and Quiz, inviting participation from colleges and universities in and around Anantapur. Notably, an E-poster making competition will be conducted online, welcoming participants from across the country. Winners of these engaging contests will be awarded attractive prize money on September 27th.
In addition to the competitions, students are adding a flavorful touch to the celebration by organizing various food stalls, offering a delightful journey through the culinary wonders of India.
As part of the World Tourism Day festivities, the department has joined hands with the AP Tourism Authority to host essay writing and elocution competitions on the theme, “Tourism and Green Investments,” which took place on September 25th. This event promises to be an engaging and enriching celebration of tourism and culture.
