Lucknow University has been consistently providing its students with remarkable job opportunities, with six students securing prestigious positions in a renowned multinational IT company, HCL Technologies, on Thursday. The spokesperson of Lucknow University, Durgesh Srivastava, highlighted that six students from the university’s Engineering and Technology department have successfully secured placements at HCL Technologies.
The Vice-Chancellor of Lucknow University, Prof. Alok Kumar Rai, along with the Dean of the department, Prof. AK Singh, congratulated all the selected students for their remarkable achievement. Dr. Himanshu Pandey, the Placement Coordinator, mentioned that a total of 32 students from various courses such as B.Tech, BCA, BBA, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, and M.Sc have been placed in HCL Technologies during the current academic session (2022-23).
During a recent placement drive held two days ago, six students from the B.Tech program were selected, including four students from Computer Science Engineering (Rajnish Kumar, Abhinav Aditya, Utkarsh Mehra, Aakanksha Varma) and two students from Electronics and Communication (Sakshi Varma and Ritik Agarwal). They have been offered positions as Graduate Engineer Trainees with an annual package of INR 3.25 lakhs. All the selected students expressed their happiness and gratitude upon securing the job offers.
