The Honourable Union Minister of Education and Skill Development, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, inaugurated the “Kala Utsav 2023” at Bal Bhavan in New Delhi today. Addressing students from across the country on this occasion, he emphasized that Kala Utsav is a commendable effort to enhance the creative and artistic talents of school students, fostering a connection with the rich diversity of Indian culture.
During the event, Shrimati Annapurna Devi inaugurated the 9th National Art Festival. Shri Dharmendra Pradhan extended his blessings to all the dear children who have come from various corners of the country to participate in this celebration of Indian arts.

Kala Utsav is a praiseworthy initiative in the direction of realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision to strengthen India’s cultural diversity,” said Minister Pradhan.
