Originating as ‘Government College Devnagar,’ the college swiftly transitioned to its present location in East Patel Nagar within a year of its establishment. Over the years, Kalindi College has expanded its academic offerings, from initial Undergraduate Program Courses in Humanities and pure Science to the introduction of Honours Courses in a range of disciplines. This evolution mirrors Kalindi’s commitment to providing holistic education.

Kalindi College’s growth story has been marked by progressive expansion. The college’s infrastructure journey began with the laying of its foundation stone by former President Giani Zail Singh. This expansion brought about a new administrative block, a well-equipped Science Block, and the multipurpose Sangam Parisar, all set amidst its picturesque 8.25-acre campus in East Patel Nagar.
